So, I used my new smoker... or... really... I lit it and didn’t use it.
Not having prepped fuel, I used some cardboard I shredded off a box from amazon.
Here’s what the inside of the smoker looked like after one burn.
That’s a lot of dark and sticky residue.
I think I’ll try to source something a little less vile.
