I have a Maisies polynuc here to put some bees in for someone; it seems well designed.
I noticed that Paynes are having a 10 year anniversary sale as their polynucs are now 10 years old. I have just found a receipt from March 2011 when I bought a couple at £23 each. I wonder how many thousands they have sold since then?
I didn't like the feeder in mine so I cut them out to make 8 frame poly nucs. See this article from The Apiarist.

I'm a convert to the new maisemores style. I like the thicker and deeper lid. Don't like the Payne's lid , to thin and weak. Difficult to put pollen substitute on or fondant in winter. Maisemores nucs in my opinion are a superior design.
