This queen hatched and there is something wrong with it.
I have been told so far it could be varoa, kashmior,israeli, deformed wing virus.

The queen looks although it's not fully mature although that may be because it's in a poor way - did she get out of the queencell by herself? And if she got out herself, what killed her.

Is there the possibility that there's another queen in the hive that killed her whilst in the queencell and the bees removed her dead body from the quyeencell? Is the queencell broken doen from the back, for example?

Any further information you can give may help us understand what's going on in the hive.
