My current plan is to remove second week in Sept, but will see what weather is like nearer to time and also state of the heather....it should just about be all over by then.

An update ...
Colony came back from the moors weeks ago IE Mid September.
It was with enough stores to overwinter and I maybe got about 6-7lbs of honey surplus and that was it.
No feeding required for this colony.
Not a great heather year for me.
