Hi I have what I understand what are honey bees circling over my garden grass.
I am presuming they are nesting underneath but not sure since have no experience of this issue so was wondering if any one had any advice on what may be happening? They have been there for about 5 days now and just constantly swirl immediately above grass.

Thanks Tom

Don't mow your lawn for a week or so until they settle down for the winter :D . They lie dormant in their burrows overwinter. Suspsect this warm spell has got them confused.....google miner bees life cycle.

Yes I was reading about Ivy miner bees and they come out late in the season so maybe that’s what they are.
