Seems what we suspected all along is now confirmed; that all multi origin (blended) UK honey fails EU authenticity tests.

It's disappointing that the UK authorities seem to not care about this, claiming 'no evidence.' (Although I have had my honey checked by trading Standards which will no doubt ensure that the label is correct and presumably the lettering is the correct size!).
However the absurdly low price of many honeys is evidence enough combined with the tests that have been carried out elsewhere in the world which show that so much honey is not honey.
