I put the price up by 8% recently to the retailers and for the first year I will probably run out in March/April. One of the shops recently moved to next door of one other and they sell honey at different prices - the more expensive shop still sells as much as they used to despite a cheaper one arriving next door who's sales have gone up 65% since they moved. (Location Location Location!). I suspect that the selling price is not significant for many customers.
May your bees read the same books as you do.
